Apple Campaigns

Ingram Micro

We have supported Ingram Micro with Apple New Product Initiatives and Awareness Campaigns throughout the year, and what a year it’s been.

Apple are notorious for their brand policing, and rightly so. After a couple of internal false starts at Ingram Micro, and at Apple’s insistence, ICE has now been the go-to for all things Apple for over 18 months as the only resource able to work at the pace Apple, the channel, and Ingram Micro demand.

  • Increasing activity on high traffic areas across Xvantage
  • Driving high engagement and a consistent messaging across the channel through end user campaign kits

Mac Refresh

A profiled programme targeting premium device resellers (£750+) and devices aged four years or more, designed to accelerate conversion and unlock pipeline.

The programme combined dynamic lead triggers to identify customers with Mac refresh opportunities, a three-stage nurture journey, and a partner-dedicated refresh end-user opportunity hub. High-intent opportunities were supported through reseller outcall to drive conversion.

Within 2026, we have built various buying options into the customer flow, featuring trade-in to maximise conversion. ​


Reactivate Campaign

We targeted dormant DPP resellers (no transactions for 6-24 months), scoping 314 partners in total. The campaign delivered a 10% reactivation rate baseline.

It reopened conversations and drove sell-out across specific lines of business, using key trade-in and financing options throughout the reseller journey to bring them back to Apple and Ingram Micro.


Attach Margin Maker

A focused attach-led initiative designed to increase deal depth and improve margin on Apple device sales.

Attach was embedded as a standard part of every Apple deal through always-on visibility at key decision points, targeted reseller communications and a centralised conversion hub. Supported by partner enablement and Xvantage-driven execution, this approach shifted reseller behaviour, improved attach rates, and delivered a stronger margin mix at scale.

Refresh to Windows 11 Campaign

Ingram Micro

Windows 10 reached end of support in October. To help Ingram Micro connect with their partners, we created a multi-themed campaign that did more than just promote Windows 11 to their customers. It also encouraged upselling a range of products and services to drive revenue.

The results were impressive – 56% over year on year growth and 116% over forecast.

We achieved this by building targeted microsites for both Ingram Micro’s broad customer base and their top 20 partners, delivering the knowledge and resources they needed to maximise sales.

Cisco 360 Partner Program

The Cisco 360 Partner Program marked a new era of the Ingram Micro and Cisco relationship. With Ice’s support Ingram Micro introduced their Globetrotter program, to help their partners navigate new ways of working with Cisco. Supplying assets ranging from eBooks, to videos to pre-launch checklists and even branded merchandise, we were able to wow Ingram’s partners and get them onboarded and confidently using the new system.
