From the event identity to the live event, we created a visual strategy and umbrella theme that spanned the digital to physical, to deliver outstanding experiences at every touch-point. This invite-only Partner conference hosted by Ingram Micro, showcased Cisco solutions that aligned with key business objectives, helped nurture the Partner relationship and grow long-term business for all stakeholders.
From opening video stings to speaker presentations, our in-house team created multiple assets to enhance the visual experience and showcase business-critical content.

Complexity reimagined to deliver opportunity.
We developed and hosted the main registration portal that presented key event information including the agenda, speaker details and bios, venue information, but most importantly, the secure capture of important delegate information, seamless registration to the event, personal information required to facilitate the entire ‘delegate event journey’.
Functional environmental graphics to enhance the brand experience for both delegates, visitors and attendees.
Organising speaker presentations, opening and closing video stings, speaker entrances, coordinating AV and technical crews.
