Key Skills/ Experience:
  • 2-5 years’ experience working as a Designer in an agency environment
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop, and any experience with Premiere, Dreamweaver, After Effects, PowerPoint, CMS tools, WordPress, HTML would be a huge bonus
  • Understanding of advertising and marketing ideally in tech and/or B2B sector
  • Curious about what makes a stand-out brand to make people tick
  • A high quality portfolio, relative to experience level
  • Creative flair and originality
  • Passion and enthusiasm for outstanding creative execution
  • A strong sense of typographic and design layout

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute creative projects from pitch to brief through to delivery, working closely with clients and other members of the team from across the agency
  • Ensure projects are delivered creatively, accurately, on time and to the highest level of quality
  • Designing and creating both online and offline assets, for example designing landing pages, emails, social media campaigns and posts, collaterals…
  • Work on websites/portals to logos and everything in between
  • Support creative work for existing clients and new business
  • Be able to come up with ‘the next big idea’ and equally comfortable being hands-on
  • Have an understanding of design and a range of copywriting
  • Show the ability to understand a brief, it’s requirements and to develop fitting creative solutions
  • Plan your time effectively with the wider team to meet deadlines
  • Keep abreast of current creative thinking and trends
  • Ability to present concepts and articulate creative thinking

Middleweight Designer

Our Middleweight designer position is perfect for someone who is looking for their next move up to a more senior level. You will support the entire team as the go-to designer for assets and campaign roll-outs.

A typical day will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative designs and digital comms. Using your initiative with projects and assets and working face to face collaboratively is a key part of your role.
