Ingram Micro Apple New Zealand Incentive

The Challenge

The incentive program was designed to drive Ingram Micro Partner sales by serving resellers with business-critical marketing and sales enablement content, and incentivising this engagement with the potential to win tickets to the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France. 

Centred around the incentive portal that was themed around the incentive prize and complimented the Apple brand, registered Partners could access educational, sales and enablement content, to help them understand the selling opportunities available by selling Apple solutions. The portal tracked all Partner activity, allocated points against reseller activity, and gave Partners access to a ‘progress dashboard’, to keep them coming back to find out more!

We took a strategic approach to nurturing reseller engagement, registration to the program and develop the relationship over the period that the incentive ran. The focus was primarily through a series of emails and organic and paid social advertising but developed into other bespoke and automated communications.

Targeted paid and organic social activity generated excitement and registration to the incentive.

Program supported through a series of nurture emails, to keep the audience coming back for more!
