The Challenge
Working closely with Veeam, the roadshow events focused on getting business-critical messaging, in particular cybersecurity, out to their customer audience. We helped to deliver events across the UKI region, supporting them with end to end event management, planning and execution, including delegate registrations, video animations, presentations, AV and Technical support, sourcing entertainment and on-site management… all the usual suspects!
Branding and messaging was implemented across a broad spectrum of digital and environmental media, creating a series of immersive touch points that delivered high-impact delegate experiences.

The 300+ delegates were centrally managed from the registration hub.
Building on the success of the US event, the event included entertainment, enhanced visuals, speaker presentations, Q&A and breakout sessions to engage the wider audiences.
From planning, management, design and AV production – all were integral to delivering an outstanding live event.
Event graphics, environmental wayfinding and stage set design integrated with digital content were key to bringing the branding to life.

The Result
Each event was a huge success for Veeam, achieving all critical KPI objectives. From Veeam staff to the delegate, every event reached maximum attendance (and even exceeded numbers on occasion!), with numerous positive comments on the quality and professionalism that the events were delivered to.
