The Challenge

Having created a series of visually and content-rich educational campaigns highlighting the financial opportunities and benefits that consumption-based selling offers, HPE GreenLake Off-Road Adventure was an extension of Ingram Micro’s HPE GreenLake journey.

We created a program strategy that efficiently onboards Ingram Micro Partners via a single-sign-on mechanism and created a step-by-step process to walk them through a series of sales, training and enablement activities. This has helped dramatically simplify an otherwise complex process that resellers have to go through to become a HPE Business Partner.

The established branding was implemented across a broad spectrum of digital and physical media formats to deliver a series of high-impact visual experience. Highly targeted LinkedIn advertising, combined with multi-level remarketing to a very select group of partners across 7 countries led to the highest lead to opt-in rate in the 8 years of Horizon. The nurture program was developed to support and manage the entire lifecycle of the Partner relationship in 9 countries.

The program was built around the on-boarding program but supported through eBooks, overview guides, paid and organic social activity, advertising, events and more.

The Result

Through bespoke portal data insights, we are able to track Partner progress and their engagement with content, giving Ingram Micro the ability to intervene if Partners needed support.
